(Okonomiyaki are kind of a mix between a pancake and an omelette, with diced pickled ginger, onions, shrimp mixed in (although you can make your own combination with other ingredients) and a teriyaki/bbq sauce with nori (seaweed) flakes or fish flakes on top.)
